Internally reinforced with superior Black Diamond non-stick coating that is seven times stronger than other coatings, prevents food from sticking to the dish, making for an effortless release and exceptional clean. Its heavy-duty aluminised steel construction is strong and hardwearing, while warp resistant under high temperatures in the oven up to 260C/500F. It is safe to use metal utensils on the pan without causing damage or scratches due to its high abrasion resistance. Suitable for use in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher - although hand wash is recommended to maintain the pan's finish.
