We are proud to share that we have the most experienced sales teams in the industry who have over 500 years of knowledge between them. Our in-house marketing and creative teams ensure our packaging stands out on retailer shelves and our digital assets are created ready for an e-commerce first execution.

Our 750,000 Sq ft global distribution centre in Staffordshire is governed by the latest IT systems with a world class drop ship facility sending over 250,000 parcels per week.

With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local and understanding the global market, our teams offer an expert & efficient "cradle to cradle" service for our customers.

To date, we have a 25 strong Sourcing, Merchandising & QA team based in the major cities across China including Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Yangjiang, Ningbo & Yongkang.

Our dedicated Product and Buying teams are experts within their product categories focused on ensuring product roadmaps are built around the latest market and technology trends.

QA & Testing

Our global QA teams ensure safety is at the forefront of our business. All our products are extensively tested and managed against local market and product category approval requirements before being brought to market. We live by two principles of quality assurance:

1. Ensure the product is 'fit for purpose' and does exactly what it is intended to do to deliver real consumer value.

2. Ensure the product is 'right first time' with any detected defects resolved immediately at the sourcing stage.

Sales

Our Sales Team are supported by both a telesales operation and a team of co-ordinators. With a wide product portfolio, we can assist and guide you in building product ranges to fit consumer needs.

Marketing

Our in-house creative and marketing teams ensure our products are brought to life with state of the art packaging and in-store displays. We service retailers across the globe with good, better, best product ranges with the target end user in mind.

The dedicated content team take an e-commerce first approach ensuring that any brand or product launch is supported with the necessary digital assets to succeed in today's digital economy.

Warehouse & Distribution

Located in the Midlands, our 750,000 Sq ft global distribution centre houses a 70,000 pallet capacity catering for over 3,500 product lines.

Utilising the latest technology with sophisticated ERP software systems and computerised picking and packing allows efficient operations and solutions for all customers.

We provide integrated supply chain support solutions, from pallet to full load via our own vehicle fleet.

We operate one of Europe's largest drop ship facilities for both palletised and individual drop ship along with click to collect services for a number of major UK high street retailers.
