Its heavy-duty aluminised steel construction is strong and hardwearing, while warp resistant under high temperatures in the oven up to 260C/500F. It is safe to use metal utensils on the pan without causing damage or scratches due to its high abrasion resistance. It is suitable for use in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher - although hand wash is recommended to maintain the pan's finish.
