Ideal for both sweet and savoury preparations, thanks to the three different types of whisks included. Two wire whisks, for airier textures such as whipped cream; two flat whisks, ideal for semi-hard doughs such as biscuits and cake bases; and two dough hooks for leavened products such as pizza or bread. The SMEG fabric case can then be used to store away all of these accessories, in style.The control panel is embellished with a backlit LED display, ready to show off your speed selected and the time of use. For maximum flexibility, there are up to nine speed levels to choose from and a turbo function which is ideal for heavy mixtures. The clever smooth start action also keeps dry ingredients from escaping the bowl, so you don't end up covered in flour!
