These pans are built up of five layer coatings consisting of TruStone's robust three layer violet and black finish, with a superior non-stick coating that requires minimal oil for virtually fat free cooking. The thick forged aluminium constructed body retains the heat during cooking and is made up of scratch resistant and hard wearing materials that are bonded with a steel coated base, suitable for use on all hob types including induction. The glass lids feature steam ventilation systems and robust riveted cast steel look handles that offer durability and control. Please wash the pans before their first use.
